About CardioCord

Built for the way a practice’s day actually runs.

CardioCord brings an office flow system and experienced remote virtual scribes together, with AI agents doing the heavy lifting on organization — so the people in a practice spend their time on patients, not on chasing information.

Why CardioCord exists

A single visit passes through many hands: the front desk at arrival, a coordinator preparing the chart, a room, a scribe, a provider, and the team that checks the patient out. In practices with more than one office — or with clinicians who travel — those hands are not even in the same building.

When the handoffs live in hallway conversations, sticky notes and separate inboxes, information goes missing and time goes with it. CardioCord gives every role the same view of the day, and puts the notes, results and messages for each visit in one place, attached to the right patient.

Experienced people, assisted by AI

Our virtual scribes are experienced and well trained, and they work in a structured workflow that gives each part of the patient interview and the medical note dedicated attention. They gather and organize the relevant history, hospital records and diagnostic results, identify documentation gaps, and prepare a comprehensive picture for the provider.

AI agents help organize large volumes of information and draft content. Scribes review that content and route it to the provider for verification. Nothing is final until the provider approves it.

What we believe

  • Human expertise leads

Providers review and approve clinical documentation and retain responsibility for clinical decisions. AI agents assist; people decide.

  • Clear responsibilities

Every part of the workflow has an owner — front desk, coordinator, scribe, provider — and everyone can see who has the next step.

  • Information in context

Messages, photos, reports and notes stay linked to the patient and the visit they belong to, not scattered across inboxes.

  • Honest about what is ready

Planned capabilities are labelled as planned. Integrations and reporting depend on product development and on the systems each practice uses.

Who we work with

  • Single offices

One location, one shared board, a remote scribe team alongside your on-site staff.

  • Multi-location groups

Each office’s flow, and a remote team that supports all of them through one workflow.

  • Traveling clinics

Support that follows clinicians to wherever the practice is working that day.

Part of a more connected practice

CardioCord is designed to connect with the systems a practice already relies on. Planned EMR and patient check-in connections aim to bring demographics, insurance and check-in details into the workflow, so the team is not re-typing what another system already knows.

Integration availability will depend on product development and the systems used by your practice.
