Office flow

A clear view of every visit.

From check-in to check-out, see where each patient is, who is responsible, and what happens next.

  • Check-in to check-outArrivals, coordinator preparation, room assignments and departures on one board.
  • Live statusReady for the doctor, studies pending, visit finished — visible at a glance.
  • Office ChatRoom updates and staff questions, with patient mentions linked to the visit.

A board with Check-in, Preparation, Exam rooms and Check-out lanes. As the page scrolls, the clock runs from 8:00 to 11:00 and patient cards move lane to lane. One highlighted patient travels the whole route — checked in, preparation pending, ready for doctor, visit finished with tests pending, checked out — leaving a trail of its path. An Office Chat panel receives a message at each hand-off: checked in, medication photo linked to the patient card, room ready for the doctor, visit finished, checked out.

Patient workspace

Every patient. One organized workspace.

Bring preparation notes, patient information, reports, dictation, and conversations into the context of the visit.

One patient card in the centre with a visit checklist: vitals complete, EKG complete, results attached, doctor review pending. As the page scrolls, an Office Chat message, a medication photo, an EKG strip, an echo report and a doctor dictation fly in from the edges and dock into the card under "Linked to this visit"; the checklist ticks as they land. Doctor review pending stays open, and the card is marked ready for the doctor.

Experienced people + AI assistance

Virtual scribes, powered by AI agents.

Experienced support. Structured responsibilities. Thorough preparation.

CardioCord combines experienced, well-trained virtual scribes with AI agents to help prepare high-quality medical notes and efficiently organize large volumes of patient information, including medical histories, hospital records, and diagnostic study results.

A coordinated team with clearly assigned responsibilities

Our team follows a structured workflow that gives each part of the patient interview and medical note dedicated attention. Scribes help gather and organize relevant information, identify documentation gaps, and prepare a comprehensive clinical picture for provider review.

  1. 01

    Prepare the visit

Organize prior notes, hospital records, diagnostic results, medication information, and pending items.

  2. 02

    Capture the details

Support structured patient interviews and symptom review within assigned roles, flagging missing information for follow-up.

  3. 03

    Draft and review

Use AI agents to assist with organization and drafting. Scribes review the content and route it for provider verification.

Prior notes, hospital records, study results and medications stream from the left into a draft clinical note as unsorted lines. An AI agent sorts them into History, Medications, Results and Plan and drafts; a scribe reviews and flags two gaps. The draft then travels to a provider, who reviews and approves it; only then is the note marked approved. The sequence ends: AI organizes, scribe reviews, provider approves.

Human expertise guides the workflow.

Providers review and approve clinical documentation and retain responsibility for clinical decisions.

Built to connect teams across locations

Remote support. Wherever your practice works.

Support a single office, multiple locations, or traveling clinics with a remote scribe team that works alongside your on-site staff through a shared workflow and the appropriate system access.

  • Office flow at a glance

Track check-in, coordinator preparation, room assignments, and check-out. See visit types, assigned staff, and checked-in, in-progress, and completed visits.

  • Patient statuses and pending work

Identify who is ready for the doctor, which studies remain pending, and which visits are finished. Keep unfinished tasks visible for the next handoff.

  • Communication that follows the visit

Coordinate room updates and staff questions in Office Chat. Link patient messages and attachments to the visit, and show or hide the chat panel as needed.

  • A shared view for every role

Providers review prepared information; scribes organize notes and results; coordinators manage readiness; front-desk teams coordinate arrivals and departures.

As the page scrolls, cords draw in from the team to each office and to the clinic, the two offices link to each other, and messages travel the cords. Each office shows its flow at a glance: checked in, in progress, complete. The line reads: one shared workflow, wherever the practice works.

Designed for a more connected practice

Planned EMR and patient check-in connections aim to bring relevant demographics, insurance, and check-in details into the workflow. The reporting vision includes patient volume, visit progress, waiting times, room utilization, and pending tasks to support staffing and operational decisions.

Integration and reporting availability will depend on product development and the systems used by your practice.

Bring your team and your workflow together.
